Need help in selling home. Have been in the home for a year and a half and home needs constant repairs and the lenders say the home is worth 80,000. It has a lot of property but it is a small two bedroom one bath house. The wiring needs repairing, the pipes are bad and it needs a new roof. I was a first time buyer and did not know you could get your own inspector to go through the home. I just need relief.
